Digital Product Sales

All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable journals, eBooks, templates, and printables, are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

• You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the product.

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing any digital file purchased from Sylara Lumen Studio is strictly prohibited.

 

Physical Product Orders

Physical items sold directly through this site are eligible for return if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• A return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued upon successful inspection of the returned product.

Amazon Fulfilled Orders

Products purchased via Amazon (such as printed journals or books) are subject to Amazon’s Return and Refund Policy. We do not handle returns for Amazon orders directly. Please refer to your Amazon account for assistance with those returns or exchanges.
